LAWYER TO GIVE FREE LECTURE ON GUARDIANSHIP AT ST. MARY’S HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN

WHAT       Susan G. Moritz, Esq., will discuss “Guardianship — The Gift of Love in a Legal Document” to kick off the 2012 season of the free public lecture series “Fifth Fridays at St. Mary’s Home.” Learn about the steps to and costs of guardianship, and what happens when a person over 18 with intellectual disabilities doesn’t have a guardian.

WHO           Susan G. Moritz, Esq., is a retired U.S. Coast Guard commander. Much of her solo law practice in Virginia Beach involves family law and estate planning, which encompasses a range of activities including petitions for guardianship.
