Meet Our Chief of Residential Services

In April of 2024, we welcome Kimberley Bierce M.Ed. to the roll of Chief of Residential Services.

Kim Bierce has a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from East Carolina University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University. She has 14 years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. She is also a certified Person-Centered Thinking Trainer and Coach.

About this change, Kim says, “St. Mary’s mission is the reason I came to work for the Home. I’m excited to continue setting high expectations for not only the staff but the people who live here as well so that they can truly live a good life.”
