WHAT : The Auxiliary Board of St. Mary’s Home for Disabled Children will hold its 7th Annual Gala and Auction, presented by Checkered Flag Volkswagen. Event includes a three-course dinner, live music by The Josh Walker Trio and silent and live auctions, including the opportunity to help the residents of St. Mary’s go on more field trips into the community. The festivities also will feature a raffle for the all-new 2012 VW Beetle, courtesy of Checkered Flag.
WHEN: Saturday, Feb. 25, preview/silent auction at 6 p.m.,dinner at 7:30 p.m.

WHO: WVEC-TV personality Craig Moeller will serve as emcee for the evening.
COST: Auction: $100 per person, or $950 per private table for 10; raffle: $50 per ticket.
WHY : Proceeds will benefit the children and young adults who live at St. Mary’s Home.
