It takes a strong team. We are proud of the registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, direct support professionals, social workers, registered dietitian, support coordinators, speech and respiratory therapists and physical, occupational and recreational therapists who deliver the highest and best quality care each day- across three shifts.

We’re thrilled to announce our new group home—The Beach House. Located in Virginia Beach, this new duplex-style home will support eight adults with disabilities in a warm, community-based setting that emphasizes independence and connection.

Whether you work at our main campus in Norfolk or The Beach House in Virginia Beach, you’ll be part of a team that changes lives every day.

Orientation and Training

We want you to succeed and we believe that a great start is the key to any successful endeavor. You can expect to receive a comprehensive orientation that includes education about our organization, services and expectations.

Staff members are trained thoroughly, and their skills are updated and refined through ongoing education.
