Residential Services
In circumstances when individuals with disabilities cannot be supported in their home by their families, St. Mary’s Home can be a resource. Families choose St. Mary’s because of the around-the-clock care and support that their loved ones receive.
Our residential campus is the perfect setting for individuals who need support with daily activities and who wish to live their lives to their fullest potential. Our extraordinary direct support employees empower people. They work with individuals to determine what is important to them and how they can best be supported using person-centered practices. St. Mary’s employees exceed expectations each day to ensure the individuals they support have good lives.
Residential services include:
- Integration of daily activities with active treatment to support skill development, independence and self-determination
- Individualized support for daily activities such as dressing, hygiene, meals, medical monitoring, mobility, recreation and leisure, socialization and behavioral support
- Support coordination to promote clear communication across various disciplines to ensure the highest level of services are offered
- Community engagement to support relationship building, transportation to and from activities and opportunities to learn and experience new things
With leadership from program managers, recreational therapists, transportation specialists and community engagement departments, residential services support the whole life of the individuals who live at St. Mary’s Home.
