WHAT Susan G. Moritz, Esq., will discuss “Guardianship — The Gift of Love in a Legal Document” to kick off the 2012 season of the free public lecture series “Fifth Fridays at St. Mary’s Home.” Learn about the steps to and costs of guardianship, and what happens when a person over 18 with intellectual disabilities doesn’t have a guardian.
